LipeGuide is a product of Aizon Technologies Ltda (CNPJ 60.624.185/0001-37), which processes personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). This policy applies to this website. The LipeGuide system has not opened yet; when it does, how data is handled there will be explained before you start using it, because it involves health information.
What we collect and why
- Whatever you send us by email, if you write to us. It is used only to reply to you.
- Aggregated browsing data, if you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand what is hard to find on the site.
The site has no forms: we don't ask for your name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), phone number, address or any health data here. We don't sell your data or pass it on to third parties so they can offer you anything.
Legal basis
Your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I): your acceptance in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it whenever you want, without giving a reason.
Who we share data with
Only Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies. It may store data outside Brazil, which is an international transfer, carried out with the safeguards of arts. 33 and following of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us are kept only for as long as it takes to reply and resolve what you asked, or until you ask us to remove them. We protect all of this with encrypted traffic and access control.
Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD you can request, free of charge: confirmation of and access to your data, correction, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
Write to contato@aizontec.com, which is also our data protection officer. You can also file a complaint directly with the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority).
Minors and changes
The site is not intended for people under 18. If we collect data from a minor by mistake, write to contato@aizontec.com and we will delete it. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the page and the date at the top.
