This page explains, without legalese, how LipeGuide handles your data. The full terms are in the Privacy Policy.
What we collect
On this website, no health data at all. There's no form, and browsing data is only measured, in aggregate, if you accept analytics cookies.
In the LipeGuide app:
- Your account details, such as name and email
- What you log in your diary
- Test results and documents you choose to upload
- Your conversations with the AI assistants
- Your location, only when you use a feature that depends on it
Why we collect it
So LipeGuide can work: building your history, generating reports and giving the assistants context. We don't sell your data and we don't pass it on to third parties so they can offer you anything.
Where it's used
Inside LipeGuide, in the features you use. Health data is sensitive data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and is only processed for the service you signed up for.
Who can access it
You. Internal access is restricted and controlled, and in your account you can check the log of who accessed your data.
AI and third parties
Your conversations with the assistants are processed by artificial intelligence providers contracted by Aizon, only to generate the answers.
Your report only leaves LipeGuide when you generate the PDF yourself and decide who to share it with. Nothing is shared without you taking action.
Consent
You choose what to log and when to share. On this website, analytics cookies only turn on if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time under Cookie preferences, in the footer.
Export
In your account, you can download a copy of your data and generate a PDF of your diary whenever you want.
Deletion and other rights
You can request the deletion of your account and your data through the privacy channel. Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you can also request, free of charge, access to your data, corrections and information about how it's shared.
Security
Encrypted traffic, access control and a log of who accessed your data.
